We gave out the last batch of tickets on Sunday at the Gurney Plaza and Gurney Drive. The lucky 300 may be just a small group of people but they will surely make a difference at the concert.

We had a great time too going around Queensbay Mall, Upper Penang Road and Gurney Drive talking to many people about the concert.

Some of them were visitors from outside Penang but were disappointed not being able to come back to participate in the countdown party. We were disappointed too not being able to offer them some tickets since they cannot confirm their attendance.

GlamAmbassadors visited the Upper Penang Road on 26th December from 9pm to 12am. Our ambassadors managed to give out more than 80 tickets to some lucky concert fans.

Some did not mind belting out their favourite artistes' hit songs to win the special passes.

We stayed back for nice Penang nasi kandar and teh tarik after the road show.

Our GlamAmbassadors went to Queensbay Mall to meet up with shoppers and surprised a few of them with special rockzone passes to the concert.

Looks like most of them are looking forward to watch Power Station, Tank, Eric Lim, ManHand and others perform live on the 31st December, 7pm.

More rockzone passes will be given to lucky ones at Upper Penang Road tomorrow from 10pm-12pm and Gurney Drive on 27th December from 3pm to 7pm.

Pop over to the P1 W1MAX booth located at the central court, Queensbay Mall from 24th to 30th December. Free tickets will be given to P1 W1MAX subscribers.

Tickets are limited to first come first serve basis.

Candy Cheah is a popular local singer who will be performing at the year end countdown concert.



We found a video of her performing a mandarin duet with Siti Nurhaliza. It is quite an old video but it speaks volume of Candy's vocal prowess and showmanship. It is not easy to perform along side a diva.

Spin Club Bar is located at the back of Soho KL @ Solaris, Mon't Kiara. The club boasts an impressive sound and light system. DJ Goldfish, DJ French Kiss and DJ Nikki are among the club's deejays who will keep patrons entertained from Thursday to Sunday.

GlamBrands was invited to host the opening event. Guests were entertained by a fashion show, sexy dancers, a fire eater, lucky draws and of course, plenty of good food, pretty ambassadors and free flowing drinks.

Spin is organizing the Spin Next Top Model on 23rd December and a load of fun for Christmas eve (24th December) and a new year countdown party on 31st December.

Road Show @ Queensbay

Last Sunday, Vinx Lim, Pei Jie and Katherine Chan greeted shoppers, played some games and sang a few songs for their fans in Queensbay Mall.

The road show was organised as a warm up event for the upcoming Energizing 2010 countdown concert at Queensbay. This free concert is touted as the biggest countdown concert in the northern region.

Popular Taiwanese stars, Power Station and Tank, will perform with their full live band. Come watch them!

Key in the date on your digital diary or smartphone. We are bringing some of your favourite artistes to Queensbay Mall, Centre Court for a meet-the-fans session on 13th December at 3pm.

Look at the amazing christmas decoration at the centre court. Christmas is in the air, folks! Let our artistes entertain you.

Later, at 10pm, the artistes will appear at the Station One Cafe, Komtar for an unplugged session. Come meet up with Katherine, Dave Pei Jie and Vinx Lin.

（吉隆坡1日讯）“LIVE动全城倒数派对”将于12月31日晚上7时热情引爆！来自台湾的动力火车、Tank还有大马乐坛耀眼星星将在槟城Queensbay Mall与您倒数迎接2010年。

是场户外大型倒数派对由万能荣誉呈现、CMG主办、988为指定电台、家娱为指定电视台、Queensbay Mall联合呈献、P1 WiMax为主要赞助商，GFWorld 为派对策划顾问并获得槟州政府及州旅游局全力支持与配合。

演出阵容包括Manhand、林健辉、培杰、谢婉婷、林一心、曾凯婷、吴俐璇、黄明骏及两名马来乐坛新星Wana和Nashirin。此外，担任压轴嘉宾动力火车将于Tank同台作出90分钟现场乐队演出。

主办单位特别于周一召开了“LIVE动全城倒数派对”记者会，Tank也透过预录片段呼吁群众参与跨年倒数狂欢之夜。

出席今日记者会的艺人包括乐坛新丁培杰、林一心和曾凯婷，他们皆表示会以动感舞技撼惑人心；针对倒数派对会带给观众什么惊喜时，吴俐璇大卖关子、Manhand表示大卖造型，至于黄明骏则会大卖全新创作。

Countdown Concert: Energizing 2010

Penang is set to usher in the year 2010 with a bang and fulfilled best-in-class entertainment. This concert will be hosted by one of the trendiest malls in Penang, the Queensbay Mall.

It is proudly presented by Magnum and jointly sponsored by Queensbay Mall and P1 Wimax. CMG and Queensbay Mall are the joint organizers of this concert, with the support of GFW as the event consultant. This official media partners are 988FM & Jiayu TV.

The organizers promise a lot of fun and a high quality musical performance from some of the biggest acts in the region such as Taiwanese super stars The Power Station (动力火车) and TANK. They will be back by a live band and will sing some of their hit songs in a 90-minute extravaganza.

They will be supported by many promising and upcoming Malaysian artistes such as Manhand , Eric Lin Jian Hui(林建辉), Vinz Lin(林一心)，Katherine Chan(曾凯婷)，Candy Cheah(谢婉婷)，PeiJie(培杰)，JoJo, Julio and two MyStarz LG winners, Wana and Nashrin.

Party goers will be thrilled by a special cultural performance arranged by the Penang Global Tourism to officially launch Visit Penang 2010-2012 at the concert.
